We provide after-sales warranty for all products. From the date of delivery, workmanship defects such as ungluing or sole breakage not caused by improper wear are eligible for return, exchange or repair. Normal wear and tear from daily use is not covered. Please contact customer service for any issues.

For leather styles, wipe and condition regularly with dedicated leather care products; avoid prolonged water exposure and direct sunlight. For woven styles, gently remove dust and do not pull the upper. For patent leather, wipe with a soft dry cloth and avoid sharp scratches. Store in a dust bag in a dry, ventilated place for daily care.
